Artifact B: Mission Statement

This entry contains my mission statement developed in SDAD 5900: Student Development Capstone Seminar. This is the "whys" of me being in this field.

This entry demonstrates my commitment to myself and my students. I commit to the continuous growth and development of myself in search for diversity, equity, and inclusion for all historically and currently marginalized students. Mindful of my own salient identities, I wish to provide a safe space for all to achieve their own sense of success through their journey in Higher Education.
